Grim press conference. No Glenn, a Seibold on the brink of tears with no answers, and seemingly insecure about his future at the club.

He’s lucky we scored 12 points in the second half. At least he can run the we can build on this bs.

Watched the presser. Seibold is delusional. He's done. The players don't even run into the ball. We have no attack and no defence.

The knights when they reformed were younger and atleast they ran into the ball. We don't. We stand still and hope Haas or TPJ or Fifita do something. And then if we are close to the try line we bomb and hope Coates can score or that the team makes a mistake.

There's not a single aspect of our performances over the past few weeks that is positive.

Majority of our tries are luck or individual talent, not good attacking structures or play like you see with top teams.

We used to score a try almost every week with an outside inside play with Lockyer, hunt and Hodges. Sometimes multiple. We have no plays anymore. Nothing.

Seibold is such a fucking con artist the guy lies through his teeth he’s a snake in a suit, read the book if you haven’t. That fucker is not only incompetent but he’s a pro con artist how else does he get these jobs with the record he has?

That presser was grim to watch 😂

I legit laughed out loud when he said our sets coming out of our own end were ok and our forwards ran hard.

Seibold in the post match presser: I thought the crowd were booing the refs at half time, not the team.

sums up how oblivious and delusional this bloke really is.
also, apparently Milford and Croft tried hard again tonight.....

Milford did try hard tonight. I swear he did more hitups than some of our forwards.

I don't blame Milford for tonight at all. Forwards again let us down and we don't have any good structures. I blame the coach.

Our defence would be instantly improved if coach told them to just rush up in defence like all 15 other teams are now doing.

The only team not doing it is 5/5 losses since the restart.

Don't take this personally but too many people on here only see the flashy stuff.
Believe me I like what TPJ can do but it too little and not often enough.
He walks off the ball and has to react often when it's too late.
His effort on the blind for Taylor too score was a perfect example.
He's not a second rower... he can't defend out there.

A front row of Haas and TPJ though....

Seibs Press Conference

Largely put the performance down to execution and ill-discipline. Gave the early example of Niu blowing the try and the Titans 'making them pay'.

Believes Lodge injured his meniscus so he shouldn't be out long term.

Believes they're doing well making yardage out of their own end but they're just struggling to get through their sets. Puts it down to them playing frantic football.

Made the point the forwards are still underdone with Glenn, Pangai, Te'o, Lodge all coming off long lay-offs.

The idea of shifting Milf to fullback was brought up, Seibs seemed non-committal either way but seemed to be leaning towards keeping him at 6 and building combinations.

The only players in that 11-side game he talked up were Flegler, Carrigan and Kennar.

Seibs about his future, he's got a five year deal and he's going to tough it out. If the board wish to discuss matters he's more than happy to give them some feedback but right now with the injuries, rule changes etc. it's extremely challenging.

May have just been my read, but Seibs' confusion over the fans booing seemed to be his dig at the referees. Would have to go back and watch it but seemed to be a case of 'Oh was that what that was about? I thought they may have been booing the officials...'

Biggest issue is the defence. The line speed is downright pathetic. That being said, Seibold isn't the guy to fix the problem
Hang on a sec .... Seibold is THE BOSS of this football side. Whoever he appoints as defensive coach is done by HIM. HE oversees every part of this football sides structure.

He IS the guy who should be fixing the problems.

They are men playing for a career. Bit of a cop out to say you didn’t put in 100% because of your boss, but my main concern is it’s used as yet another excuse. How much do you want to bet a change of coach = similar result?
None at all... they go after a coach with a bit of emotion that gets there respect is all we bloody need... how the hell can you expect the players to try and get up in confidence and energy after 5 straight shut house performances when the coach shows no emotion or no anger.... sounds like something KEVVIE could do

I hope he’s got a reason to be feeling insecure about his future.
Maybe more was said to him at the board meeting than he’s letting on

Im 100% sure he won’t be here next season. Whether he gets to continue embarrassing himself this season or not is simply a business decision.

Seibold can't handle the pressure. You could clearly see that with his blow ups about Wayne even before he got here.
I agree with you matey. He tries to talk his way out of tough situations instead of letting his skillset do the talking for him. His cuddly, paly talk as well "Milly & Crofty' sounds so fekkin soft coming from a Broncos head coach, the use of player nicknames - it's just too familiar and should only be used after many years of coaching those players and having their full respect. Unfortunately Siebs has neither.
