Apparently something about Hass talking to Reynolds

Lee and Rikki ? And what about haas.

I know I am very much in the minority here but aside from his on field numbers, I don't think he is a leader yet, I think he should be made to earn it. He has had a number of off field indiscretions, no matter how minor and is still a pillow in defense.

No I know this sounds contradictory by including Riki but Riki is smart, a clean skin as far as I am aware and he took the lead in re-signing and appealing to his teammates to do the same, I think there is massive potential there. Lee has had to earn everything he's achieved and I think that kind of work ethic is a good example. If I was confident Gamble was going to be in the starting 17 every week, he's be in the group for sure too.

I am also well aware almost no one will likely agree with me and that's fine.

Why are riki and Lee in this leadership group? Lol... Reynolds, Capewell, carrigan yes. With Haas, turpin and staggs. These are our on field and training paddock leaders out of that group I believe

I still get a very sneaky suspicion there will be a lot more movement to come. TPJ and isaako may leave, with a couple more big signings I believe

I agree with everything you've said here and I know my choices are controversial, I can live with that, it also leads to good discussion. I have no problem with Turpin being in the leadership group but he is one position we need to markedly improve in and putting him in the leadership group would imply he will be at the Broncs long-term, which I don't think is good if we want to make an upward trajectory.

We really need a lot of young guys to kick on otherwise we're fucked.
I think some of them are starting to take that ownership within the team.

Haas in the sharks game was immense and had pure leadership about it... not just the last play either, he was finding his front, offloading and passing before the line. He was taking some ownership of the result whereas previously he seemed happy to be a cog in the machine... "take my hit ups, make my tackles, but happy to let the result fall where it may"

Kobe, TC, Cobbo, etc. have looked completely comfortable coming into first grade compared to the rookies from last year.

And some of the rookies from last year, like Herbie, Bull, Niu, etc. are looking more comfortable in first grade with the extra games now under their belt.

I think a big difference has been the ISC.

Guys like Kobe, Gamble, TC, etc. have been having success in reserve grade before coming into first grade... which can bring some confidence with it.

I really hope we can go on with it against the tigers, because it would be a huge morale boost for the squad.

I don't think it's the best team we have, but it looks like Kevvie was rewarding the last start win.

If it's a nice dry track on Sunday I think we should be able to get a win... hopefully Staggs is able to back up as well, because we need his attack

Fair enough

I feel for you @Sproj missing out on the origin win the other night.

I’m sure it was more just overly manipulated and incompetent rubbish made to look better by papering over the deep cracks in the sport I used to love.

For the time being, we arent leaving QLD to play so lets hope that adds to something...

He could play as an edge forward. We could, and probably will, run out with worse than 11. Capewell 12. Gamble

Kotoni plays down speculation he might move into the halves this season, and maybe even next:

"I've answered this question many times. Centre is my best position and I've said with a pre-season at five-eighth I might play there, but at the end of the day I'm focused on centre. If Kevvy puts me there he puts me there but I think centre is my main position and I'm thinking about staying there for this season and maybe next. I'll always do my job in any position."

Clubs probably happy with how Mam is going in cup.

Titans have released Treymain Spry, he's having issues but the club should keep an eye on him. Big tall centre, got a Hattrick in cup last weekend.

Spry was always highly rated, what is the issue?
