No sympathy for these clubs that get done by incompetent officials. We gave the whole league the opportunity to get it all improved and no clubs had the guts to get on board.

Agreed. I don't understand why fans of big clubs like Wolves complain so much 😉
 
The dreaded 2-0 lead....

This is where we're known for capitulating thinking we have the game wrapped up.
 
I fear where this United side would be without Bruno.

We would dead set be in the Championship.
 
Good half from United.

They need to keep this up. Don't take the foot off and sit back in the second half.

3-0 lead isn't enough.
 
I would have liked us to have converted one of our chances in the second half into a goal to increase the lead to 4, but happy with that result.

Coming back home with a 3 goal advantage, very good result. We were in complete control.

Spurs are one of those teams that can be as brilliant as they can be bad.

I’m not letting myself believe that we’re in the final yet. We are capable of conceding 3 goals in a single game.

3 goals isn’t that big of a gap. If we play defensive and they score first early, United will start to get nervous and it helps that Bilbao think Sancet will be available for the second leg who is their top goal scorer.

If only the two goal attempts that hit the bar went in.

I guess the positive for United is that Bruno is playing like a man possessed, Cas is turning back the clock, Ugarte has been a beast and Maguire is playing as good as he ever has.

If we go into this game with the attacking mindset we had last night, we should be fine. But like I said, not letting myself believe yet.

Spurs will be very tough if we make it through. They have beaten us every time we played them this season.

Shame about that Bilbao red card that definitely changed the game and probably the outcome of the tie. They looked to be on top before that

Probably a few in United's recruitment team that are sweating on UCL football next season. 2 big games to come.
 
Quite a few changes made for United. Interested to see how the kids, especially Obi, do as a starter.
 
I don't know why Ruben played de Ligt and now he's injured.

Put Lindelof at CB for all I care, we need our best players fit for Europa.
 
Maddison won't play again for Spurs this season.

That's good for us if we make it through to the final.
