Taylan was sent packing because he was under no fault stand down and pleading not guilty... it was going to be years just like JDB.

In the end they paid May out to get him off the books, but he got his partner to drop the charges and now he's trying to get back into the NRL.
 
Serious question: When is Korisau off contract?

I would deadset let all 5 of our current hookers walk just to sign him. Yes even Mozer.
 
Surely the discussion to resign Reynolds is dying a slow death? Since he carved up the dogs, he has been genuinely horrible. He's also a player who has been known to go missing his entire career in big games, so it's safe to assume it's not gonna change when he's 36yrs old. I have no issues if Reynolds moves to another club next year if he wants to play on.

We should also be letting the likes of Cobbo, Staggs, Kobe, Walters, Riki and a few others go. Staggs is a great example, what club in their right mind is spending 800k on Staggs, outside of us?
 
I really wanted Reyno to push on in 2026, but hearing the rumours that he's told the club he'll retire, and seeing how he reacted after dropping it on that last tackle to lose the game confirms to me that he's done and will transition to another role at the Broncos next year.

It's almost like he had a few second of peaceful realisation -- just sitting there absorbing the loss. Then he's like wait, they were offside, can I pls challenge. No.

Old bro is tired. 😔
 
If you could lose Staggs or Cobbo + Reynolds et al and pick up Fifita plus other bits and pieces, would you do it?

If we lose Reynolds, Hunt goes to 7 so that solves that but he looks just as bad as Reynolds.

The whole teams looks old and tired, what the heck are they doing at training?

Ezra would have to take kicking responsibilities hunts hopeless.
