That's a lot of reading between the lines.
He is still a first grade footballer who would not like being in Qcup. I assume he still has some pride and would like to go out with a bang.
If he shows no interest then it's not too late to **** him off.

Do people really think Madge hasn't been keeping a close eye on Cobbo? That he hasn't been watching to see if he is showing the standards that Madge wants?

Everything I've been hearing has shown that Cobbo is putting in the work and it paid off on the weekend when he had a really good game. If he's putting in the work, he deserves a call up. When he is, he's one of the best wingers in the comp and a genuine gamebreaker.

I would have liked to have seen a few consecutive good games before being reinstated. By all reports Cobbo was pretty average in Q cup before his good game. Whereas Mariner played well every week and put in.

We’re not wrong. Far from it. Cobbo is ours for the duration. We can utilise him as we see fit. IF he has EARNED a recall, and he wants to at least try to do a bit of a redemption thing.. well that’s all the Broncos have ever asked of him.

All this talk of us losing / not knowing our identity, I think its a fair point. Are we Walsh's team now or are we Reynolds'? It looks like they don't know either. Maguire needs to make it clear.

If it is Walsh's team now, we might have to just get used to high octane, high risk footy. If it is till Reynolds team, we need to accept that we won't go well in high pressure situations because he doesn't go well in high pressure situations.

I would make it Walsh's team but not until preseason. Changing your fulcrum 4-5 weeks out of finals might be problematic. But we can tweak it, give Walsh the reigns at clear points or clear triggers.

@Harry was telling me the other week they should all share .
Switch sides in attack and anyone can kick the ball at any time if they feel so inclined .
