I reckon he's probably the best 17 you will find in the comp.

Can play as a legit 80min starter in either centre or second row... and bring impact off the bench through the middle if needed.

I'd take him in a heartbeat, but I think he's not off contract until 2027 and he might be 28 or something... so he'll be 30 by the time he gets here.

Unlike Capewell I think Talakai's game is more about physicality whereas Capewell is footy smarts... which has no doubt improved his longevity...but a game built off physical traits has the risk of dropping off a cliff.

Good point, I just worry about how he has the ability to fall out of games and turn a bit soft. Feels like he's never really been able to find form like that patch of 2022.

He has destroyed Melbourne a few times though so with that in mind just sign him up haha
 
If he’s being brought in as a bench forward and he’s cheap, I wouldn’t be against it.

He’s someone you can work with.

I worry he’s too injury-prone. Seems every other month he’s injured
 
I’m not sure why we signed Anderson, I really hope it’s a very cheap deal.
