Sadly, like just about everyone, we are Madrid's bitch when it comes to players.
It sucks but it is what it is, not many can ignore the allure.
Personally I'd play for Barca before Madrid but the white shirt is heavy.

I have always just had a passionate hate for Barca, especially when they were under Pep, and that UCL final loss to them didn't help either. Had a softer spot for Madrid with Ronaldo and Becks going there, but after that UCL garbage with Nani being red carded against them, that evaporated too.

Barca seems different these days, and now with Rashford there I'll definitely be watching them.

You are spot on though, when Madrid comes knocking not many say no.

Fair chance it'll be something I look at for a couple weeks and then forget, but if we get a few maybe it'll stay interesting a bit longer. 👌
 
The whole Isak situation is a bit pathetic. Once a player downs tools i dont get why any club would look at them. It shows the type of character they are. Why would you want a player at your club who will throw a hissy fit and refuse to play when something isnt suiting them.

Really hope Newcastle stand their ground with this ****. They have the financial backing to do it, so i hope they do. At some point, a club needs to send a message to these players they have contracts for a reason. I'm sure if the shoe was on the other foot and the club was trying to get out of a contract the player would be kicking up a stink.

Terrible start for us. We played Ok despite the scoreline, but were way too slack at the back against a team like City.

Very sombre at Molineux though with the Diogo tribute. Fantastic job by the fans in creating the tifo for him. Not ashamed to admit seeing his family there and his best mate Ruben Neves made me tear up.

Yeah I got emotional seeing the tribute at Anfield too.

Mo crying at the end was a tear jerker. Sky did a really good tribute to him with Bernardo, Slot, Bruno, and Coady. Well worth watching
 
I'm hoping when our midfield is run through today that INEOS realizes they need to speed shit up and bring in a new midfielder.

Need a ball winner that's press resistant, can dribble and advance the ball.
