I think you have to go with Mam & Reynolds in the halves. Having Mam there is such a running threat and has defences guessing. As much as everyone would love Hunt to win a GF in the halves, I'm sure he'll be more than happy to win one in the #9. Some of his passes from hooker might have been shit, but he'd played at 6 before moving to 9, so he was already pretty fatigued. He'd get to share the duties with Smoothy (I assume, as he is more versatile than Paix).

I said when Reynolds joined us and Redcliffe were forced into the competition that we would be basically made to suffer so Redcliffe could have success and gain a foothold, and that Reynolds would essentially be given a swansong a few years later when he retires. I undershot the year, and thought it would be 2024, and us getting to the GF in 23 was a shock. But now, I think this will be essentially that playing out, despite Reynolds apparently thinking he can play to 2030.

Dolphins joining weirdly has coincided with our greatest increase in game day attendance and membership, not to mention 2 GFs in 3 years of them being in the competition.

Walsh joining us at the same time probably has alot to do with it though.
