This manager is killing us. I can't explain some of the decision making its so bad. Had the chance to keep our momentum going after Frankfurt but instead he reverts back to out of form players and switches the system.
Poor way to defend the title. More embarrassing than anything else.

As long as City stay within touching distance I'm not worried. Arsenal will wobble.
Different story if Haaland gets any sort of injury.

4 weeks ago every news outlet had Amorim sacked, now we're ahead of Liverpool and in the top 4.
Yes Liverpool been terrible, but nobody would have predicted this 4 weeks from both teams. So it's still surprising.

We still need a midfielder in the January window if we want a chance at top 4.
It's crucial we sign a ball winner that can control the midfield.

City aren't going to overtake Arsenal if they keep dropping games like that. Arsenal widening the gap at the top of the ladder.

Very early days. Arsenal need to build a lead now while they can because we all know they will fall apart in the run home.
Their best hope is to do what we did last season and have it wrapped up by January.

A combination of things.
Slot being all over the place with his selections, sticking with tactics that clearly aren't working and Liverpool being the hunted now. Everyone lifts to try and get one over them because they are the defending champs.
It doesn't get any easier in the next 12 days either. Villa, which they should win, Real Madrid and then City.

I think Liverpool are just experiencing a bit of a dip after the turnover they had in the offseason. City are going through it too. Come the pointy end of the year I think both will be back up there.
