Broncos Roster, Signings and Rumours Discussion 2026

Japan, Argentina. South Africa, England, South America (other countries), Georgia 🇬🇪 etc

Watching a national team is a fcking lot different to a franchise .
Where is the tribalism of a rugby circus that plays in different continents ? With players of multiple nationalities ?

Only good for gambling .

So Haas will not banned from playing next year if he signs with r360! So atleast we get him for one more season. Only then, will the ban commence 😂

there may be some doubt whether the NRL can ban a player from returning to the NRL after a stint with R360 .... there is not even a shadow of a doubt that the NRL would get obliterated in court if they tried to ban a player (who had NOT committed any offence) from seeing out their current contract

Oh 100%, they have no leg to stand on. The fact that they already have back pedalled on one issue, they won’t be able to ban anyone, it’s just a ploy to avoid a player exodus.

The only thing Payne will miss out on will be the World Cup since r360 comp starts in October so that’ll suck!

It got moved threads but our premiership odds dropped from 5.50 to 5.00 yesterday. Hopefully this is a good sign about Payne Haas.

Souths reportedly offering Reyno a 2 year deal according to Triple M.

I wonder if he would take it and take the opportunity to finish his career where it started.
Will be interesting to see how this plays out.

I dont think broncos extend again, but they want him to be part of the coaching staff.

He talks that him and his family are here for good now... so if he signs with souths then he's FIFO or living away for like 9 months (preseason, etc.) all factored in.

That's a long time to be away from family just to get one more year in.

Or he packs them all up to move back to Sydney.

If he's all in with Brisbane and broncos dont offer another deal does he then just retire and join the coaching staff

It really depends on how sour the relationship actually was by the end of all that hullaballoo. If he is still attached to Souths emotionally, he probably will.

2 years at this point in his career is a massive risk though.

He mentions in his book that when the Tigers offered him that deal, they were happy for him to make frequent trips back and forth from QLD (which he was happy with also) while his family remained in Brisbane.

I imagine Souths would extend him the same courtesy. I guess we'll see. If he wants to continue playing on, I think he goes.

Have one of the triple M boomers believed one of those fake rumour facebook pages that dropped that rumour last night?

Would be so epic if so lol
