CRICKET General Cricket Discussion

They had a bit of a golden generation coming through after their useless years and that generation has now arrived. But again it’s their all rounders doing it for them.
Declare already ffs

Also in terms of cricket, you can watch the future bowling and batting against each other right now: Beardman v Dixon.

For the record you jokers, I was referring to a former well-known cricketer who was pretty good with the bat.

Wowee that pitch flattened out and NZ had a lot of players out but that should have been an easy win.

Heat women go winless for the season - first time any franchise has in the history of the competition.

Absolutely diabolical season - DLS affected games, injuries to JJ, Garris and Hank, and overseas player departing early forcing us to play more kids than we already were, and a few classic Heat choke games for good measure.

@1910 can you shed any light on whose moronic decision it was to have Knott open the entire season and put Redmayne down at like 7 for most of the year? Seems that one decision was the snowball that started the avalanche. Also doesn't seem like throwing the kids to the wolves is the smartest idea either

Only bright spot seemed to be Hammo bowling well again and O'Neil being able to hit us to occasionally competitive totals.

Just reliving some of Warnie's best wickets tonight. ****ing hell, he was something else wasn't he? What a bowler.

Dude was a magician, it was a privilege to watch him. The accuracy he had while ripping them sideways was unbelievable. He stopped MacGill being an all time great too and I didn’t really realise that at the time.
