POST GAME [PREMIERS, 2025] Broncos vs Storm

All their superstars went missing on that last play. Didn't even attempt a last ditch kick to Coates.

I really don't know why they didn't. If I were Munster I would have told Coates to get ready for a kick and put one up just before the try line. Coates contesting the ball with Mariner, better than average chance he wins the contest and it's just a matter of getting a clean catch and controlling the ball to score.

Thankfully Munster wasn't thinking that.

My theory is that we busted them. We threw so much at them and weren't cracking, fatigue makes players make bad decisions.

Yeah I think they put everything into defence when we had that 30 min surge of momentum. We looked unstoppable between the 40th and 70th minute and could’ve easily scored another 3+ tries in that period

I still think Hughes thought they were down by 2 and playing for a penalty to level it

He went to the GI school of maths.

Not sure if this has been mentioned.

Going into this GF, Melbourne's record when leading at half time in finals games under Bellamy.

28/28.

Now it's 28 from 29.
Wow. It was an unusual finals run from the Broncos. Penrith had them on the ropes also.. and that Canberra game.. all games you expect to see once a season perhaps.

And usually there’s a comedown the next week or two after either of the efforts we put in the first two finals and teams are flat and lose but the boys just kept going
