The article says he isnt ready after playing white ball for so long. It indicates he will play Rd 10.
Unfortunate timing with the injuries to Hearne and Kerr on top of Bartletts unavailabiluty and the resting of Neser and Straker.

Nothing wrong with AB field.
Marnus was terrible down the leg side and then Usman does the same thing.
Two Test players caught down the leg side to a former Bull at home. Doesn't get much worse.

The batting is horrific atm in Aus, but at least Victoria have some good bowling all rounders coming through in Sutherland, Elliott, and O'Neill. Jack Edwards and Joel Davies are also very promising.
In 5-10 years time, when we're post-Smith, we might need to have an 11 that are all capable of going 50+. The days of walking wickets like Lyon and Boland are coming to an end because we just don't have the talent at the top of the order.
