Praying for quicker service from hunt tonight… the fact he is a 300 plus game veteran and he can’t pass the ball off the deck.. all that happens is it puts huge pressure on our outside men and gives them less time to execute - at least Paix can fling it off the deck when required

Also feel his service is affected when he is fatigued.
Already had 15 tackles and 30 min of game time before he moved to hooker and was clearly gassed.
I'd save Hunt for minute 50-80. Keep him fresh and his service will be crisper

Then all QLD teams lost in the NRL, Lions lost at home and Oscar Piastri crashed on the warm-up lap.

Completely killed the weekend.

I don`t think it`s that he`s too tough .
It`s the commitment and engagement that wears down squads . Lots and lots of video reviews , lots of team meetings and planning seasons . On top of the gruelling training and opposed sessions that was his trade mark in the past .
He says he has learnt from his mistakes though .

300 games of #7 doesn`t prepare you like a hooker who has practiced his pass countless times .

These guys are Full-time professionals (employees) getting paid between $130-600K (majority of Top 30). Training, gym, video, meetings - it's all part of the job.

Eels have won 4 of their last 5 at Suncorp. Moses has won 7 of his last 10 against us.

Like I keep saying, Eels are a thorn in our side at Suncorp.
