He is lacking a bit of confidence, you can see he knows what he needs to do, what he wants to do to, he wants to throw the cut out pass, but he pulls back. He needs to get his timing back.

I thought this too during the storm game when the crowd booed him on his first touch. The premiership winning and Clive Churchill fullback. Getting booed for simply being a good player.
