The ****en Brave Rooters is what annoys me. They basically had a full strength side. They’ve got an injury to some kid who is in their Top 30, all of a sudden “Rooters are decimated, going through the worst injury crisis in NRL history” narrative comes out.

The refereeing infuriates me. They were rolling through our middle no doubt. But Gee doubled down on play the balls that were quick anyway. And late in the count. It’s like they have no feel for the game and are just looking for indicators. If they’re trying to slow down the ruck but don’t actually succeed, play on. Let the game flow.

Letting the game flow is the biggest problem with six agains, it just completely gets in the way and turns it into union.

There is no way at least have these six agains game in, game out are getting called if they are penalties instead because then there is time to scrutinise and it would be embarrassing even more to refs.

There was not a single point in the game Saturday where Gee wasn’t blowing something and despite this, he still missed Staggs being 360d, Staggs being shouldered in the head, Carrigan being head butted and at least three instances of Easts slowing the play the ball and at least four obvious instances where he had to move around the Chickens players to see the play the ball because they were in front of him.

This game just highlighted that if you are not the chosen team for a match, you are in to a very long 80 minutes in this version of league.

And then the incompetence is doubled down on by the judiciary.

Oh but don’t worry, the club are ‘privately fuming’ - what a ****ing joke! Has anyone ever seen a weaker ****ing club than ours. Calling some reporters to let them know they are mad. Sack the **** up and say something publicly you ****ing *****. They expect the players to run through walls but they hide around corners like “Ehm Mr Vlandys Sir we are not very happy”

**** off DD and all the other little ***** in HO.

It's not the referees fault we allowed them to go 70+ metres on the very 1st set of the game. Some of those tries we let in were very poor, lazy efforts. We had no answers for Walkers short kicking game however the try he scored was all luck.. but that's the thing, in the 2nd half when we finally decided to play like the ****en Broncos, we were well and truly up for it, we were in it, perhaps creating our fair share of luck BUT then, some referee decisions were blatant corruption honestly. How did Radley not get binned? I truly believe Staggs did what he did out of pure frustration.

We smoke these guys with a full squad, trust me. Not even the referee could help them but we have to be smarter and start much better, clean up our 6 agains and we'll be fine but damn it's frustrating.

Sorry, didn't mean to offend you - and thanks for jumping in to bat for us, as that's what I believe you were doing.

However, it's all about intent. Us gays have worked very hard (since 2017, really) to take back slurs, and while I shouldn't speak for all, we're usually only bothered if the insults are used with intent to hurt us. People can call me an F slur if they deliver/mean it in a loving/jovial/banter type of way, which I'm sure, 99.9% of our fellow BHQ forum users would be.

I'm the reverse, in the space of probably five years, I've gone from watching every game religiously each round to now basically watching the Broncos only and with the sound muted.

I'm sick of the bullshit propaganda Fox shows, the biased muppets on them and the commentary but most of all I'm sick of Vlando and his cronies at NRL HQ.

They've taken away the game I used to love.

To be fair to Staggs, the ref made it seem like dog shots were perfectly fine for most of the game. He was just playing the game the ref created for everyone else.

We'll continue to cop it until we start to speak up. Penrith were finally dudded with a clear obstruction last night and even though they got the win, bitch Ivan went off. Have a crack pls Madge.
