Not sure what classifies as the "centre of the field", but they're talking about tries scored.

I would say "the issue there" is playing a huge chunk of this season without at least one starting prop, if not both, as well as without one of our 2nd rowers. And having to chop and change combinations almost weekly, and within games, to patch that up.

I wonder if there might be merit in playing both Reynolds and Duffy and dumping Mam while so many forwards and Mariner are out. The team is making no metres, we are going to need big boots to get us out of constant trouble. Mam doesn’t offer that a d we can’t really afford high risk players at the moment. We need to play boring but high completion footy and get territory through another way because our side can’t make metres.
Mam is really missing Piakura next to him. For some reason, Piakura makes that side defensively a lot more sound

Because he hits hard and the runners don't want to get snotted if they head down that edge. I have a feeling that is a big part of why Willison was moved there. No one is scared to run at Jetski.
Surely there is some crimson haired psychopath in cup we can put there for a few weeks.
If you go back and look at Manlys first try, Willison was in the middle totally out of position and a huge hole left next to Mam. Was criminal. Willison is a middle not an edge player

I think we just need to simplify his game right now.
Just drill it into him to Run Forrest Run.
We don't need him to be a playmaker, we have Reyno and Walsh (plus Hunt and/or Duffy on the bench) for that.

JHunt can hit pretty hard, i remember a game last year against the Roosters where his job was pretty much to hit Leniu I think it was and he basically stopped running it.
Not sure if Madge has something against him but ATM were weakening our middle and go forward by having Willison on a edge when Hunt can do a job there.

Madge could have selected J Hunt instead of Gos, but I'd still be reading similar complaints, just with the name changed

I saw it live .
And just went back and checked .
Joey Walsh ran past Pat Carrigan and Ezra not Willison .
Carrigan left the space and Walsh ran through it . Is what I see .

That looks like there was a defensive snafu in the middle.
Carrigan is tied to the ruck when really there looks like there should have been an extra man there at the ruck to allow Carrigan to slide into the 2nd Row position. That means, we had Ez, Shib and Kara covering literally half of the field. If they don't run through that hole, they score on the edge just going through the hands anyway.
