A way too early prediction:
1. Walsh
2. Karapani
3. Arthars
4. Shibasaki
5. Ganderson
6. Mam
7. Reynolds
8. Piki
9. Paix
10. Haas
11. Piakura
12. Willison
13. Talty

14. Bunt
15. Semu
16. Carrigan
17. Junt/Tawha
18. Mozer
17. Poates

How much better does that team look, than what we've been able to put out recently.

Carrigan on the bench for QLD may mean we can start him as Billy may not run him into the ground for once

I would never trust those Storm cheats mate. They’ll ALWAYS find ways to screw us.

In Carrigan's 12 games under Slater he's averaged 60 minutes and played as little as 33 and 34 minutes his last two games.

Any idea how far away Walters is from a return? Man i realize now how important he is to the side. And when he does come back where do you think he gets in and who drops out?

And a little side note, I was looking at some NRL stats and man we are struggling in so many areas (sorry for pointing out the obvious.

1st in penalties conceded
1st in most tackles made
4th in most missed tackles
15th running meters
16th kick return meters (this one surprised me after how good they were at this last season)
17th in possession.

Those are the key ones for me to the struggling start, and I think it all goes back to Those injuries.

On current form, I would swap Hunt for Billy at 14. But not sure the coach will make the same call.

Everyone raising the injury list, we have apparently used 30 players in the NRL so far.

League eye test has a few graphics which really do show that...

For instance; would having another 5 players available every round make a difference to this?

Well i would say yes. Consistency is the main thing we are missing out on. Chopping and changing positions every week who you are defending next to its Hard to build connections. Also the 5 players i assume you are bringing in are much higher quality that the fill ins we are currently running with.

On current form, I would swap Paix for Billy at 9. On current form I'd take almost any other hooker in the game.
Nah at least Paix can tackle. I reckon keep him there for the first 30min to absorb all the 6 agains we keep conceding, and then bring Billy in to win the game. Hunt is just cover for Duffy (who is cover for Reynolds).

Billy is literally scary to run at. He’s dropped some ****ers over the last few years. Won the Ruck every time too. Not just a tackle not who can’t pass the ball to a chest

Injuries are the biggest factor. In saying that if we are first in penalties conceded, tackle mades made, and last in possession, it's hard to get many running metres and kick return metres. If we can win the next two matches and get back close to full strength maybe we can go on a run.

After what has been let go in tonights game, I'm actually scared about what will happen (set restart wise) in this game.

we better start lubing now ... we're going to need it

Classic over reaction to the criticism of last weekend.
