POST GAME [Round 13, 2026] - Broncos vs Dragons

We deserve every bit of negative headlines that comes our way. We are pathetic. We brought it on ourselves.

After sleeping on it and giving it some time, that loss still infuriates me. I mean, how diabolical my God.

Anyway, Madge can rant all he wants but until every single player individually changes their attitude, nothing will change, absolutely nothing.

It's hard to imagine that the majority of this group won the premiership last season.

At least BRS is a distraction from the guttertrash they dished up yesterday. Another coaching master-class from Madge!

Yep. If we lose to the Titans, black jersey and all, Madge might wanna be looking over his shoulder a bit, because we have seen this song and dance with his players before.

I think Madge is safe at the minimum for next year, we've seen this attitude problem with the playing group before when Kevvie was still coach.

Our players (and therefore our culture) has a big complacency problem. It has had for a long long time. Add to that another premiership after 19 years of waiting, and it's a recipe for blokes who feel satisfied with their effort and want back on easy street again for awhile.

Reyno and Hunt were slapped with the "old and slow" on 360 tonight. I hope the video session tomorrow morning is meaty.
The 360 chat was pretty accurate on the team, really interesting when they raised the issue of Walsh dropping that bomb then basically sitting on his asss with no urgency to get up, I didn't see it on the day but completely agree on the point, and it was their 2nd try where he just had no urgency to get across to stop the kick, and he may not have, but I guarantee you the best defensive full backs in the game would have at least put pressure on.

Also seeing the highlights again, how many tries have we given up this year by not being able to catch a bomb? 3 of their tries came either directly or indirectly off bombs.

Walsh's lack of urgency to get up I put down to he's waiting for the Disruptor penalty, and it never came. His big mistake was not playing to the whistle.
