Traditionally front rowers aren't like Haas. More Marty Bella than Payne. Traditionally they weren't equipped like Haas and had no real other choice than to....hit it up the middle.

Payne and other front rowers now have pace, a swerve....a step....and there's no reason not to use that to your advantage anyway you can.

I was flabbergasted watching how fast haas is in open space. Hes just come back from a knee injury and he literally has staggs for pace. He is going to be a massive massive loss

For me that game showed how much we shouldn't worry about him leaving. He had a near perfect 10/10 game for a prop... and we still lost... to the dragons....

Walsh, reynolds, hunt, Walsh have a 8.5 game and we win. A good forward pack with an alpha is necessary, a superstar prop isnt a nessecity to compete, its a luxury. But if it costs you a spine....

I am pissed off and over this team THIS YEAR but it is kind of crazy that people are saying the club is a mess and a shambles haha....

We ARE THE ****ING PREMIERS STILL. We could lose every game this year and still 16 other clubs would NOT be the premiers until October. We have also made 2 out of the last 3 grand finals. Mam is getting talked about like he is a hoax, he was a top 3 gf player in 2 grand finals! He is twenty ****ing three haha. Recruitment is a shambles, the club is a joke, the coaches dont have us fit haha. Ffs we are out of form like last year at this time, will we come good like last year, i doubt it, but if winning a premiership doesnt count as success on every ****ing metric wtf does?! Yes we need to improve, this year and the future, but after 19 bloody long years this coach, this team, and this club administration deserve time to respond lol

I feel like im watching nrl 360 with the bs burn down the house type rhetoric in here.

I was flabbergasted that he bombed a try by not passing the ball to Staggs when he made that break.

I really, really don't understand when they do this. Just pass him the ball in those situations.

Even if Walsh fluffs it, the way the modern game is reffed/controlled, just pass it to him, especially in shape.

If the play dies, the play dies.

(I'm not talking about when we are 10m out... but when we've got good momentum and shape going... and they choose not to pass to him, its ridiculous.

Look what happens when they DO pass it to him AKA 2025 final series)
