Really hope we’re wrong .. but I just don’t see anything to get really excited about when it comes to the next gen of players .. and broadly speaking, it feels like cricket is slowing slipping behind some of the other major codes in this country .. and Cricket Australia doesn’t seem to want to do much about it .. for the first time in a very long time, it feels like Australia is falling out of love with our cricket teams and our cricketers

I am as test cricket mad as I have ever been. Checked out of pyjama cricket a long time ago though.
 
Guess who just got out bowled AGAIN for 0 but this time just letting the ball hit the stumps - that's right Matt Short. This guy is rubbish at this level, whatever question they are asking, he is not the answer.
 
And now Connolly manages to half heart a sort of defensive shot and middles it to the keeper.

And Marnus all but runs himself out if not for terrible fielding.
