Better be joking. This is the most abusive post I’ve ever seen bp drop. And it’s against me…….me!!!…. Of all reasonable ppl. The thread lastest longer than you are trying to portray. I was just trying to start a craze. I will go drop a post in it right now to prove you wrong……probably for the first time ever.

I'm not in the sack Madge camp at all, more so in the sack whoever doesn't want to buy in camp. But if he's out the door, has Scott Prince put his hand up for a first grade coaching spot?

Prince is outstanding with the NRLW team- his team of Dyer, Hancock and Reed are fantastic.

I think Madge only really has faith in maybe 20 players at the club . The rest he will only use as last resorts . Which means a lot of guys are coming back from injuries at the 1st opportunity. Or playing at much less than full fitness.

Who is coming back from injuries before they should? Not sure the club would allow Magde to bring players back before they've ticked all fitness boxes injury-wise.

This is becoming a tidal wave in the media now..

It took them 9 months, but they got there.

The only person that would want this job is someone desperate for any coaching job. When he first got here, in Madge I thought we had our next Wayne tbh but even he, with all his success has been constantly belted by the media.

I’ll say it again because it needs to be repeated. No coach is doing any better with the season we’ve had. The injuries are ridiculous, we haven’t been able to play the same players twice all season.

He needs to sign a defensive coach asap, drop Paix and I’d love someone at the club to question why we are crash test dummies for other teams without sin bins, among other weird calls we get.

We need to sign a referee coach, one whose only job is to be a constant liaison with the referees, demand clear answers on what they are looking for and acting upon with their officiating, and then instructing our coaching team to train our players accordingly. And then, when inevitably we are officiated contrary to what we have been told, review it with the refs again and find out why.

Who'd honestly want the job? Literally the highest-pressure coaching job in the comp and it's not even close. Get smashed by the media day in, day out. Why put yourself through it?

Go and coach the Eels or Titans and have sweet nothing written about you instead.

2024 we were 3rd on the NRL injury ladder at the end of the season. This year we are currently 4th, close behind us are the Warriors who are currently second on the Premiership ladder. All of the teams higher on the injury ladder are above us on the premiership ladder.

2024 we had injuries to similar players
- Walsh (eyesocket fracture) and then knocked out cold in origin after that
- Reyno missed 12 games due to a bicep tear and came back underdone - we didnt have Hunt to fall back on, our halfback was Josh rogers for a while there.
- Haas - had knee surgery after round 2 missed 6 weeks
Other notable injuries to Walters, Mam, Piakura, Staggs, Gosiewski, Sailor, Arthars, Mariner, Smoothy...

Kevy had us on 7 wins this time in 2024, which would put us in 9th place 1 win outside the 8. We actually couldnt even field a full bench this round in 2024 due to injuries.

Injuries can't be madges excuse, if you want a coach that did better, Kevy did better with arguably worse injuries.

Not according to Mark Braybrook this morning on SEN. Was basically saying, yes the injuries have been bad but they should still be doing better etc etc. Also gave it a bit of the Sampson "other teams have had to deal with injuries". Healy wasn't letting him get away with it though lol.

Don't disagree at all tbh. There are bigger issues than the coach but the issues around Madge are also valid

What "injury ladder" is this?
