If you're talking Brooks before this year I agree. But I think he has improved his game quite well since Foz came in is all, and its not surprising to me they've dropped off without him. Maybe it wouldnt have changed much, but Ive seen far better from him this past season than prior seasons, and he's complemented/simplified Fogarty's role.

It reminded me of his '24 form. He relished the opportunity to come to Manly and his simplified role gave him plenty of confidence. However as expectations grew and the stakes grew higher he was exposed and lost his way.
It’s almost as though he was told he wasn’t wanted in future plans. According to a poster that gets inside info Jake Turpin was told the same thing a full year before his contract with us ended. Guess who both were in competition for a certain person’s spot in the team. Sorry to sound like a broken record.
