I think you're forgetting all the shoulder charges that hit the head instead of the body. You could argue that it's a high tackle, but there is a huge difference in force between an arm raised high hitting a head and a shoulder with the whole body weight behind... And yes, I loved the...

I don't totally disagree with you, but the shoulder charge is a bad example in my opinion, which just like the spear tackle for example, can maim a player for life if not worse, as has happened. I also do think the concussion protocol is a good thing, because of its potential long term...
