Very happy with his performance, although defensively I'm not sold.
I agree re question marks over O'Neil, but I'd think Chambers would need at least 2 games back after being out for such a period before being selected. Aside from that options are limited...
He did some really nice work...
Not sure I see the merit in Ennis coming off the bench. He isn't as equipped as other hookers to exploit tiring forwards IMO.
Peates strikes me as an origin player - one that would step up to the occasion.
Not sure Milf and Kodi defending together is ideal...
Although that might be a way to get Roberts more ball - put him next to Milf and Kodi inside Kahu.
Daniel Saifiti is looking an excellent prospect for the Knights. 20 years old playing in the front row, in that team, he's really stood up this year. Had some great moments tonight.
I didn't notice but mates where saying Parker took back goalkicking after Kahu shanked that easy one?
Not sure that was a good call... When Halligan's asked who'd he'd have kicking for his life he didn't say the kicker with the highest %, but the one that was mentally strongest. It seems...
Sure, as a one eyed fan it might seem that way after a loss. But objectively, as league fans, we want to see the 100% obvious ones called every time, but otherwise let the game flow. I didn't notice any tonight TBH apart from the one that was called.
Kodi's a good player, but I am noticing more...
That's Green's strategy - Scott, JT, Tamou all play about 45 mins each. Going off together in the first half and on again in the second. It's obviously working for them, but it seems like the Cowboys have a habit of falling behind in big games, perhaps this is why. Scott, Tamou, and JT are able...
I'm not sure how to feel about that. On one hand it seems as though it would make it harder for the NRL to revoke the licenses of the some of the Sydney clubs, which I would like to see happen. On the other hand its important for the NRL to take more power off the clubs IMO, so we can make...
Bennet was in the paper a couple of weeks back talking about Kodi's retention. Went along the lines of have another year developing off the bench and if we don't have a spot by then go chase the $$$.If he had those plans didn't sound like it there.
I think this is it, although I would have Guerra starting of Thaiday. I like AG, he strikes me as a proper Origin player, he impressed me with the little things when he's played for QLD and steps up on this club form. Thaiday is more suited, and used to, playing as an impact player off the...
Part of me hopes were trailing by four or something going into the final 20 mins of the game. We can't afford to shut up shop and rely on our defence if we we're winning - the cowboys play too well at the back end of the games with Tamour, Scot and JT coming on.
Re: Kodi Nikorima has signed with the Storm.
Wonder if we will target a bench utility... I don't know of anyone decent coming through who could play there?
Re: Broncos Player Movement and Rumours 2016
I'd love to keep Kodi, but realistically he couldn't ask for a better opportunity. It's hard to begrudge a lad like him taking the offer, he did everything we asked of him.
