I'd be stoked if we somehow managed to swap Haas for Tino...
Tino is better than Haas in my opinion. His numbers aren't as high, but every other element of his game is better, and he is obviously a bit of a leader.
I feel like there is no way Flegler gets time... Even with loading his was completely accidental, not malicious, and not dangerous.
Tino's foot got in an awkward spot, it's footy. They're big humans going fast.
Wouldn't be surprised to see Riki get a week.
I have a bad feeling we might be...
Yeah Ezra is a rough diamond. Heaps of talent there, good passing, good running, good defence.
He just needs to focus on the mental aspect, and when to chime in and out of games. That comes from experience and guidance... Aka Adam Reynolds
In both games so far, I've felt he could have helped...
Hopefully all this scrutiny makes Haas realise the error of his ways, and if not... I still think we try and keep him the next 2.5 years, even on an off night he's very good.
Weird game but a super fun game to watch. Deserve the week off, earnt the rest
Yeah, it's a funny one - if we were struggling in the second row department, you'd take Fifita back in a heartbeat.
But I think our second rowers are the spiritual leaders of our team. Capes for his high standards and Riki for his loyalty.
Meanwhile Fifita is lazy and talented - like the old...
Re Mam vs Gamble
Mam obviously has higher ceiling but Gamble is better for the team right now.
Good headaches to have, one has to earn it and the other has to fight to keep his spot.
Also, it could be a great 6&7 pairing for when Reyno retires... Maybe this is the plan?
I'm really coming...
No news on Farnworth is good news.
The only thing I've really seen from the horses mouth is Fletch and Hindu episode where he admits he's been in chats, but wants to hold off on his decision.
If we keep winning, I reckon he'll stay... I reckon a lot of them will actually. Being in a winning...
Cobbo is certainly making a name for himself, guys a deadset weapon. It'd be criminal if they pick Coates over him for QLD he's so so so so much better
Yeah I would have been fine with them giving the Gagai try and taking away Selwyns first... But thats footy, we've been on the other end of that heaps of times.
Crazy how much better we looked when we started respecting the football. The first 60 mins was pretty average team performance thru...
"yeah I'm not too worried about Thursday to be honest, they won last week but the Knights are a pretty poor team this year, and to make matters even worse, they think life's going to get easier with Tony (Milford), they're in for a surprise" - Pat Carrigan after two beers
Let's not get ahead of ourselves on the Reynolds goat thing. He's in a crazy purple patch, but 2015 Ben Hunt was amazing.
That being said, if Reynolds continues like this for the rest of the season, it'll be the best season for a Broncos 7 ever.
But yeh, let's not get ahead of ourselves 😅😅😅😅
Credit where credit is due, I thought Gamble had one of his best games for us last night. Heaps of effort plays and the strip + Oates inside ball try were both things of beauty.
Really starting to play the second fiddle role a lot better, not trying to overplay his hand, just chime in at the...
I think RTS would EASILY be the best player we could get. Better than Ponga, Munster, whoever really... If we get RTS we win a premiership.
Move TMM or Mamm to 6 and we're having a laugh.
The other best player for the make up of our team would be Harry Grant. But I think RTS would be a better...
Interesting question.
Honestly, I think we are in a pretty good place with the forward pack and the outside backs. The issue is in the spine.
Over the next two years I'd like us to get a marquee spine signing, ideally someone about 3-5 years younger than Reyno, who can transition into the...
