You reckon Thurston for his fifth Dally M and Maloney for five-eight? I forgot about Moylan and think he will get it over RTS.

Dally M - Anthony Milford if he keeps up his end of year form. The NRL have some obsession with JT so I could see him getting a fifth.

Fullback - James Tedesco. Thought he would've been close to getting it this year if not for RTS' end of year form.

Five-Eight - Anthony Milford
Halfback - Ben Hunt
Hooker - Jake Granville

Milf has to contend with Hunt and blokes like Parker for points. When the NRL (read, News Corp) see Cows games all they see is Thurston, the rest of the side is faceless. I reckon he'll win his fifth, purely because the media is hyping up this immortal narrative, a fifth Dally M will seal the deal.

I don't think the Cows will win the comp next year though, although they will go close. We're the best poised if these interchange rules actually have the desired impact on the speed of the game and fatigue.

Fanboy circle jerking aside, I give Shaun Johnson a big chance for Dally M. He has Luke and RTS around him to create space but RTS evidently doesn't poll too well. It's a pretty big circle jerk and if SJ takes advantage of the space that those others create for him it's going to leave a good impression with the judges.

Whether or not it's enough to beat Thurston depends on how the two teams to go. I think Hunt and Milford are too likely to take points off each other though.

I rate Moylan as a big chance for the dally m. I did prior to the season this year too. Put a bet on him too at some decent odds. Would have been interesting had he not got injured. I think he would have given Thurston a run for him money.

As for Mbye, he is really in a team devout of big point stealers.

I don't understand why Mybe is rated so highly. He is only good when his team is going good, when they are struggling he brings nothing. He also just pops up when Canterbury are attacking in the other teams half.

I find him very overrated

I expect Hodgson to fall away as the season continues. He banked a lot of points with Austin/Sezer out. With their return he hasn't had to assume as much responsibility.
