Penrith are in an interesting spot having to win well and try to overcome there differential ir hope Sharks or Chooks drop a game.
They're not in a position to rest anyone and could end up facing dogs in an elimination final in week 2.
Storm could be in the same spot of course but have control on who gets rested .
That Canberra Penrith result has really made things interesting.

Going back to the last page on NYC, I think it'd do too much harm to the 2 cup comps, and you'd argue they are better competition for the younger blokes development too.

I'd absolutely love to see more qcup/nrl double headers. I'd love to watch a cup game prior to Broncos each home game.

But I get why they don't.

Manly might rest players if they lose against dogs today, because they cant get a hoke final at that point
