I hope Leota gets his hands right, if not he'd still be a destructive centre and is big enough to be an edge forward.

Could be like Nanai and catch one or two a game at SR and fall over the line. Instead of a dozen on the wing with 3 dropped.

But if he removes his errors, he is removing what makes him fit into our first grade side.
 
Beni Allen named in the Wynnum BRL side today, at least he's getting some game time again. Watching Wynnum now in Qcup, can't see how he can't make it back into the team.
 
I hate Bukowski on the bench. In this team he should be the 9.

Great sneaky little blind side try at 22-14 and swung the game back to Wynnum.

He had to go back to NZ this week and wasn’t ready to play Cup.
 
Townsville short kick went straight through Mozer's legs, and they scored, but while he was diving for the ball post missing it, he hurt his shoulder.
 
Mozer stayed on but his pass particularly to the Magpies right was loopy and affected.
 
Magpies continue to not do much until they are down by 20.

Two first half tries against from failing to grab kicks then first try against in the second half little kick again.

At 24-4 Mozer got them back with a little run and pass for Eggerling but he had to scoop it up one handed. Ducked out then back in then threw a nice pass for a straight runner.

Latrell's try, Blackhawk laying there Mozer goes out back in and finds Latrell.

From 24-4 at half time, Souths fight back get to 28-22 with a minute to go Mozer screaming for the ball- Souths 10m out- Leota drops it in the PTB.

From the scrum, Townsville drops it, Souths score misses the kick after the siren lose by two. Mozer played all but 10 minutes, but I am sure something happened in that first try.

If only there was another way.
 
I thought Semu had another very solid game, so did BTK, unfortunately the Pies just couldn't hold the ball. You can see Mozer is doing the best with what he's got, though that shoulder definitely looked concerning, is that the same shoulder that was injured at the start of the year?

I think he should be fine after that he made a bunch of tackles and few try assist he should definitely make the team

Maguire won't make changes. If Cobbo has a broken wrist, Carrigan a broken jaw and Haas a damaged quad, they'll still all have to play 80 and for Haas and Carrigan, possibly after origin too.
 
Mozer today, really sore but thinks he will be ok.

When a footballer says that it means out for 8 weeks.
