I was very impressed by Verohoeven. He has a powerful running style which allowed him to poke his nose through the line more often than not. I want to say his first two runs resulted in two 6 agains for this very reason. Man of the match for me.
Innes is very clearly a class player with speed to burn, reminds me of Papenhuyzen the way he runs with his head down. Looking forward to seeing him play Cup later in the year if given the chance.
Trew also gets a special mention, had some great runs for metres, and got himself where he needs to be as a winger scoring two Trys. He also had really nice pass back on the inside which unfortunately went forward.
Lastly I want to give praise to Bryce's defence. First half they were going down his side and he was mostly all over them, grapple tackles, dominant tackles around the waste, legs tackles, the whole shebang. I say mostly as he did miss a critical tackle which led to Tigers only try. Second half Tigers learned their lesson and stayed well away.
Overall Broncos future looking bright with these young men.

Finals day!
I think Bears and Norths win through.
Bears too many weapons, Watson just has to get it to the right spot and they can score that's too much to stop.
Forwards just have to draw equal with Souths and Bears backs can do enough just with that.
Souths will be looking to Poese, Kendall and Tupuse with Bryenton having a 10/10 game.
Norths too strong, Dickson will be too strong close to the line and McCall too tricky.
Cutters two weeks off and I just think not enough attack.
