Nice, Page Wilson looked really damn good from what I saw of him. Keep an eye on him, could be smokie. Sign him up.

Kalolo earned one last year but got injured. He's a tyro, could do a job.

They’re all second chances. Stuckey played one game for the Bulldogs and Page Wilson was at the Roosters playing Flegg.

Saitaua played 50 NYC games at the Broncos and has been great for Wynnum off the bench. He has a great scoring rate for a bench forward.

They all fit Kevvie’s brief of angry hard forwards.

Jeez he's a big lanky unit... and definitely doesn't look like a straight up and down prop... has a bit of footwork and mobility.

Almost plays a style similar to Flegler.

Will be interested to see how he matches up against grown men in Qcup... If he's coming in as young guy with aggression he might get sat on his ass a few times until he fills out, so will be interesting to see how big he actually is... if he's already filling out then he might be a goer

He played Cup for Wynnum this season.

Not bad train and trials in those 4. Be interesting to see the remaining Magpies and Bears players getting a go. Obviously Kurt has got a deal as well.

I don’t have a source but I’m almost certain in one of the million courier mail articles about future talents that it was stated Jett Bryce was a development player next year. Which would make sense considering he is the best forward we have coming out of school.

That’s a very good group of players only Coburn, Pere, Campagnolo, Bukowski, Innes are all just speculative, forecasting and putting dots together to try and figure out some more members. Read in the courier mail that at the very least suggest Kylem Vunipola will be in a train and trial capacity but straight out of school that’s usually as a development squad member but definitely will be involved this pre-season it seems.

I don't think they're on developmental deals, but it was reported in the six emerging players story that Cameron Bukowski and Jett Bryce will train with the NRL squad.

He's got a really odd running style, defence holds off him and he just jukes around, but goes forward too. He had one game this year where the defence just didn't touch him, was ridiculous.

Says the most tackle breaks he had was 5, but they didn't attempt to tackle.

Full time training deals. Te Kura has just come off one.

Pere has gone to Clydesdales, Coburn doesn't have a train and trial.

NRL.com updated all the squads for 2024.

Corey Oates is currently unlisted.

Ben Te Kura has officially been unveiled as a 2026 signing.

Jaiyden Hunt has also been confirmed on a two year deal.

Tyson Smoothy and Jordan Pereira have also officially re-signed for another year.

Coby Black (2024), Josh Rogers (2024) and Israel Leota (2025) are in the development squad.

Currently they've announced 27 players. There were rumours that the NRL was going to abolish the development squads and have a pure 36 man squad case but that doesn't appear to have come into fruition. If that's the case, Brisbane still have 3 spots left open with Oates likely to fill one of those spots.

The Broncos are pretty well served in most positions, but they'll want another backrow to balance their squad. Currently they only have 3 noted edge forwards with Carrigan likely having to fall into that depth chart. The average is around 5 for most clubs, so there's certainly an opportunity there for any affiliate player.

Told you about Te Kura signing until 26 in February.

You certainly broke the story, but it would have been around May during Magic Round. I was fretting over Gus going to watch one of his games because I know he never walks away empty handed.
