Has Toia ever played wing? has like one good game for rorters... mostly because he hogs the ball so much that eventually he'll fall over the line... and suddenly he's good enough to be picked for Qld
MoFo was great in one of his series, but has been up and down since then... yet he's a starter for Qld
Cotter should be on the bench and just start Fermor... but even then we basically have one prop on the bench, because Cotter is more a lock.... and that one prop on the bench is Collins who provides very little production as a forward.
Hoping Fermor has a blinder and I like the Mann pick, but not sure how he fits into the team when you've already got Cotter... assuming Cotter moves to the middle to get Fermor on the field.
Patty and Tino will have to play all the minutes to carry this pack.

NSW backs will have their absolute way with that team. It'll be relentless. Mismatches everywhere and their backs will make hundreds of metres each on yardage sets because our pack is small.

I'm assuming Toia moves to centre and Val to wing. Why not just pick Savage on the wing? Need the bigger body and the metres. Debuting a player who's had 10 games of experience reeks of desperation. Very telling of what top footy minds think of Cobbo as a player. Regardless, Crichton and Latrell are going to absolutely touch up the QLD centres.
Cotter on an edge is pointless - QLD has plenty of edge forwards but not enough quality props. Just let Fermor start 80 minutes there, and have Cotter start at prop.
I'm assuming Horsburgh comes into the 17 because otherwise the bench is way too light. Collins is so absolutely washed - terrible pick.
Billy hasn't learnt from his mistakes from last year. The team needs mobile leg speed middles. Surprised no one has mentioned Bullemor for origin, would much prefer his impact instead of Mann.

Mostly worried about our entire forward pack getting played into the ground for an extra 3 games a year.
At least we only have two reps this year.
