Disharne Tonihi (#4), Bailey Trew (#5) and Marley Igasan (#10) will be in action.

I haven't been this keen for a trial for years. Not even sure why after last year, I think I said "I'm over footy" more last year than any other year haha

Been to a few with past and present members, Nashy being one of them. Another who used to be here we went to a match in Toowoomba. We got absolutely destroyed 58-10 and we thought it was going to be another long season. Ended up beating the same team in the Grand Final. Storm!

Sione Hopoate has dropped out of the squad with Leota coming onto the wing at #15.

16-6 in Mal Meninga Cup to Burleigh.

Verhoeven opened the scoring for the Bears with a strong run.

Then before half-time Trew put McLaren over back on the inside to extend the Bears lead.

It's been ugly half, but Bears look to have worked themselves into the game.
