Lol... I'm assuming he thinks they're a bogey team because Michael Witt scored a try that one time.
Storm put 70 on the wahs only a couple years ago.

Lol they've had all the time in the world to pick a revised time for souths vs phins and they still managed to pick the wrong timeThe Courier Mail reporting that there is a scheduling conflict at Lang Park for Round 17.
we have a game against the Warriors at 3 pm on Saturday, June 28 ... Immediately following that game will be the Dolphins vs Souths after their round 1 game was relocated due to Cyclone Alfred.
Both games will have seperate crowds, so they will be trying to clear out the Bronx crowd, then get in the Phins crowd all within about an hour
The crowd shrinking by 20-30k within 10 minutes is going to look jarring on tv.The Courier Mail reporting that there is a scheduling conflict at Lang Park for Round 17.

I think the issue is that media haven't been accurately reporting the Mam situation... he was charged with the lesser crime of drugs present in the system i.e. he wasn't high as a kite when he was driving... but that hasn't been clarified across the media. One of my infrequent venting sessions ... regular reader and tend to only post when I have a point to make. OK ... I'm totally over the incessant dredging up (by the likes of Rothfield and Co) of the Ezra situation and how he was let off easy by the NRL. This current stoush between JT and Leniu has given the talking-heads another opportunity to parrot their views and it's getting really old. My view is that ... yes ... Ezra was a dimwit and he broke the law. The law has dealt with it, as have the NRL, like it or not. It was a legal issue that the NRL Integrity boys added to and it's almost done with. Leniu racially abused Mam during a game, there were witnesses and he was also dealt with by the I.U. .. like it or not. Now I'm not real sure of my grasp on the law, but I do know that Racial Vilification is illegal in Oz. So, by extension, is it not true that Ezra Mam could have brought personal proceedings against SL even though it happened during a game of footy. In other words Ezra Mam isn't the only one who apparently got off easy ... but I don't think this has ever been mentioned, could be wrong. Thanks for listening.

So the Sydney circle jerk (mostly public now) just keep pushing the narrative that he was off his face behind the wheel and we're now up to breaking a girl's pelvis like he ran her over directly.
I still haven't seen where Ezra's combined punishment sits compared to other integrity unit sanctions.
They used to drag up the Mitchell Pearce one, so I'm assuming it was the previous record holder, but I'm pretty sure Ezra has been punished harsher on both fronts (weeks suspended and monetary fine) and his monetary fine was not suspended at all, unlike pretty much every single fine in recent memory... so I'm assuming Sydney has gone away from comparing his punishment to any others because it no longer suits their narrative.
Media also don't bother talking about other similar incidents, JAC being charged with basically the same thing (at which point he jumped behind the wheel and drove himself home) and Trindall being found with drugs in his system and also almost 3 times over the limit... most likely because they also don't suit the narrative.
So media basically just sit quiet on the comparisons now and just leave it in the hands of the public, because their narrative has been setup to create outrage... all they need to do from now on is mention Ezra and the outrage sparks up again.

You forgot the bit where Mam kidnapped the girl first, tied her down, then ran over her
It didn't happen here though. He would have to bring legal proceedings in usa and they have a racist for a president. Trump would presidential pardon leniu. One of my infrequent venting sessions ... regular reader and tend to only post when I have a point to make. OK ... Bwaith: "Some breaking news around the Ezra Mam saga from last off-season. It wasn't reported at the time due to the matter being in front of the courts but now we can exclusively reveal that the incident was far darker than originally believed, isn't that right Buzz?"
Buzz (shakingly): "Tha-that's right Bwaith. I have confirmed through trusted foru, uh I mean sources that this wasn't just an drug-fuelled accident as originally thought and that Mam had kidnapped this child and held her for multiple days before attempting to kill her to cover up his crime by tying her down and repeatedly running over her."
Gordie: "Wow that's shocking, Now Spencey's comments to JT make even more sense. Thank god we have heroes in the game like Spencer who aren't afraid to call a spade a spade".
Tigs statement is pretty much "See ya, don't come back begging"
That's a fair comment mateIt didn't happen here though. He would have to bring legal proceedings in usa and they have a racist for a president. Trump would presidential pardon leniu.
Speaking of 360, Ikin was on the show for a short stint last night. Man he speaks well. A stark reminder of how shit Anasta is as a host. Laughed when Ikin was talking about as the host of 360 he learned how to facilitate a conversation...Bwaif has yet to learn this skill.
