Contract extension talks have broken down between the Eels and Ronald Volkman. Rivals have been notified that he intends to leave Parramatta at the end of the season when his contract expires.

in other news the Eels are reportedly the most likely destination for Luai in 2027

Re Volkman I'm guessing parra tried to lowball, but Volkman trying to leverage the fact that he's actually been able to step on the field into a better deal.... so probably not far off Shiba and Broncos

Luai is leaving the Tigers at the end of the season.

Contracted for '27 but won't be there next year.. And this after the NSW media praised the hell out of him for not doing what Galvin did and leaving the club before the end of his contract.

I wonder what they're going to say about it now.
