I hate the source but the team should have this mentality. Any other team and it'd be "amazing they are still battling on, what a champion team"
..... but I want our team to be stronger, this is their chance. We need an against the odds back end of the season then hopefully we become stronger for it.

Va'a Semu and Verhoeven are also signed for next year, no confirmation on whether it's NRL or a Development deal.

Talty is on a train and trial deal, but maybe upgraded following his form. I originally had him in the 17 which is why the team looks the way it does.

Now, I'd wager those estimates are likely exaggerated, but I doubt the Broncos have much room to entice a player unless they can get a club to supplement a fair chunk of the salary.

Watching his trial form it is nogreat loss. I see we have signed Paix for an additional year which I think given we have lost smoothy (regrettably) it is a decent move. We have used Paix and he has shown this year theres something in there.

I think this will be Paix last harrah at showing the broncos his worth. I'd say given we have mozer and buckowski in the works, he might not get much more than a year.

I'd say by 2027 we will have seen the last of paix, I'd keep Bill around to fill the void if we lose either of the two young bucks given his versatility.

Id like the club to start developing black as a utility, similar to what they did with ben hunt. Getting him in the 14 jersey after mozer seems like the next step for him.
