All Broncos v. Tigers game talk

If Marsh plays I hope that Perry gets dropped.

Bennett will drop the kid on the bench, its what he does. Plus Marsh will have to be used off the bench if he plays as he clearly won't be 100% so playing him at half or hooker from the start would probably be to much to ask at this point from him.

Why is PJ coming back?? He only tore his bicep last week!! (Thursday I believe)

I think he may re-injure it at some stage tommorrow night, particularly tackling, unless he is going to defend out wide, which is a bit of a waste in my opinion.

He needs to rest, an re-injured PJ is no good to us!

was it announced that it was a tear? if it was theres no way he can be fit enough to tackle all night.

Broncospwn last post gives the article. In that it says torn bicep, so yes it was announced!

Seems like a silly comeback if you ask me, almost of Lockyer proportions

Heard Moon is replacing Perry in the halves.. Perry been dumped and Nick been given Moon's position in centre...

Wow can't wait to see what Moon will bring tomorrow night.... I believe the Brons will win this one

Perry has been dropped with Ennis moving to Halfback and PJ Marsh will start at Hooker, one player to miss out on bench most likely Emmett

6. Moon
7. Ennis
9. Marsh

Is the best combo we could have for this game. Gonna put some money on it with this news!

Hank from Grandstand tells me that Moon is probably going to be 7. Also, Emmett is playing and McCullough has been sent back to NYC.

id say stagg>centers, boyd>fb and hunt>hb at some time during the game....i wouldnt be moving ennis from 9, didnt work last time and you just end up stifiling our best attacking weapon...... last week in the 2nd half hunt and moon combined for the last try and im sure it wouldnt have gone unnoticed.......

Maybe I will watch this game out of the corner of my eye tonight now while I"m playing pub trivia...

No, we need your utmost concentration!

Good move - be interesting to see how Moon will go, but more so just glad to see Perry out of the side!

We always seem to place so much attention on who plays where and wears what number in the backs, but it's our pack that wins or looses the game for us time and time again, if they hit it up, manage the occassonal off load and then tackle the house down, our backs will be fine. wait n see if they can find some heart after last weeks surrender...

Agree Chumba. But if our pack does get on top and we have Stagg and Perry in the halves, there's NO chance of creating anything with the momentum and space.

Moon, Ennis and Marsh in the team makes me a lot more confident.

Exactly Coxy - at least there's a bit of creativity between those 3. All the forward momentum in the world means nothing if it all dies on the last play.

Gibbs traveled with the Tigers this morning and is likely to return from injury early for the clash.

Now if they can just get Ennis to stop kicking for himself on the 4th

Moon at halfback should be interesting. With Ennis at hooker, he wouldn't have to do any real organizing, and he is a more creative player than Perry. But Perry is a sort of player who is used to being dominant at QLD cup, and doesn't really need a 5/8th to take pressure off him as often, and I'm not sure Moon is that type of player yet. He'll need Hunt to lift his game a bit more and help him out a lot.
