I noticed yesterday that Kahu looked considerably slower in his general movements, especially off the mark. He also seems to have bulked up considerably. Maybe that's the reason he's slowed down? Not that he was ever lightning quick after so many injuries.

Did you see him last year? His hit ups were basically a slow walk towards the defence.
