36 runs at an average of 9, with 2 ducks.

On another forum they've done a stats breakdown of North, and it shows 4 tonnes and 4 50's in 29 innings. But in the remaining 21 innings, he has only scored more than 21 runs once. Half of his innings have been in single figures.

An all or nothing batsmen who generally crumbles under any sort of pressure it seems.

But Punter has already come out that his position won't be challenged by Smith and co. At least he can bowl offies, eh Ricky? :roll:
