Bailey out for the season!

Please be advised Jetstar Titans co-captain Luke Bailey underwent
surgery late tonight on his injured left ankle.

An arthroscope performed by a specialist in Brisbane late today
determined Bailey had suffered complete diastasis and would require
screw fixation.

The outcome means Bailey will miss the remainder of the season.

Unfortunate for the Titans, I think they will start to slide down the ladder without Bull there now....and the fact they have a stack of away games to play and their record isnt flash at all.

Cannings breaking his leg doesnt help either, poor bugger, he has been playing well too! I should probably speak to him and say sorry!

Thinking about it, the Titans were one of the two really tough teams we have left to play with the other one being the Sharks. Our top 4 hopes would be looking pretty good at the moment, provided we have no more major injuries.
