I want him to show his leadership chops, but it can't come at the expense of Reyno. It's a delicate line to walk. Be authoritative, but also recognize when you have to stay in your lane. And don't crack the shits if Madge decides to play you in the middle. It's about the team and what it needs, not the individual.
