Btw, Farmers is played on two courses and the North is considerably easier, so if you can find a bookie that hasn't clued on there's value around.

Value in the 1st Round leaders market. The 1st Round leader will almost certainly have played the North Course. I'll post that Anna Kendrick is a horrible ugly fatty if someone who plays South Course in round 1 ends up 1st Round leader.

Cottoned on to what you were talking about after a little investigating. Interesting. Are you on anyone for it? Where do I find who's on which course? Centrebet hasn't split them at this stage.

PGA tour site lists who is on what course. Tiger, Horschel, Matsuyama and Speith are all on North Course, as is Woodland. As Speith is playing North I'm not really interested in trying to pick as it could easily be Speith, but if there is someone who hasn't split the two courses then there could be value.

There might even be value in trying to pick the first round leader on South Course as it obviously favours length.

Speith, Matsu and Day are my serious bets e/w. I hate that they're favourites but I had my eye on Speith and Matsu after last week.

Also taken Justin Thomas and Russel Knox (on the advice from a guy at work) for less

Minor bets on Finau, D Johnson, Kevin Chappell, Ben Martin and Woodland.

Meant to say earlier too. It wasn't all doom and gloom with Koepka, he was paying 7/1 on the final day of play so tossed $10 on that so it wasn't all bad. Would have preferred the $41/1 obviously though.

I'll be interested to see how Tiger goes. If he has another tournament like last week, he's done.

Was a spur of the moment thing. He'd gone so close the last 2 tournaments, I just couldn't not back him.

I can't believe Spieth and Matsu didn't even make the cut!!!!

Weis really should win from here, but I seem to recall him being in a similar situation and crumbling. Think it was the Ballantines a few years back.

Very surprised by Spieth and Matsu. Expected big things from both this week. Kinda surprised by English and regretting not having taken Vegas at big odds. Very much hoping Watney can do the business from here.

Well it certainly wont be Nick Watney. Fucking ridiculous third round, only made 1 birdie and barely made a putt all day. Par save on 12th was the only one of note.

The winner will need to make birdies on the Par 5's and play solid tee to green stuff on the Par 4's. Distance is king so I'd rule out someone like Spencer Levin. It's a tough course and I can't see anything better than a 67 being shot, and being a tough course you'll need a quality player. I make Jimmy Walker the favourite just ahead of Jason Day. JB Holmes has won Quail Hollow though so don't rule him out.
