My son in relations with a girl, raised by family that got kotoni where he is today. Pretty fkn big deal...given shit start he had. Wellington is the last place ya want a kid without direct good parental guidance..he did well tho due to extended family. Hoping she can facilitate some signs in silver pen on my black jersey

Walsh won the game for us in the end and Riki was everywhere. He gets bagged a lot but he was very good yesterday playing 80 and 48 tackles.

Yeh I gave Headgear Riki a vote too. He’s a different beast with that gear on. So many times when teams scored on our line after tight ruck play Riki was one of the culprits. Yesterday he denied Cleary on three try scoring occasions. And Walshy somehow managing to just get the ball into the field of play to save a dropout was also Herculean as we were looking pretty gassed then.

I actually think him missing that was a good thing for us.

We would have spent the next 9 minutes trying to go for a two point field goal and back ourselves in extra time. We had to end this game in regular time.

I wouldn't be surprised if both he and Patty play 80 next week. I hope they don't but I wouldn't be surprised.

We lost a little bit of Payne's impact because he set himself to play 80mins.

I think Madge will try to get him a break.

In the raiders game he brought him off at 25mins and back on at 35mins... I think that will be the plan.

For a prop to play 80 minutes is a huge ask. When you think of how hot it was yesterday and how fast the game was played big Haas had no right to be the one to chase Chin down in the dying seconds of the game to nullify his attempted kick at a 2 point field goal.

How he managed to muster up the strength to make that run and get a hold of him is simply mind-boggling. there were another 3 or 4 of our guys close behind him too. It shows how fit our guys are.

I tell you with our two barge boys re-united next week the storm don't stand a chance. Like I kept saying last week ---

Yeah I feel confident in the same way I did for the Lions on Saturday. They are favourites but we've had the harder draw. I think we're more battle hardened and ready to explode. I think it'll be close until they crack probably some point after half time.
