Good to see Lockyer in the mix 1/3 of the way thru the season. Also great to see our 3 big men leading the way.

I would have had them and Parker as my top 4 for us so far this year in terms of performances and consistency so I think this voting system has worked well so far.

Not so much to do with the voting system but the judges. I ran an almost identical system on the old BroncoNet but it was open to the public. So you had dozens of people just pick Lockyer for 3 points every week because he was their favourite player.

Every successful player of the year judging system is dependant on decent judges.

Hence why the Dally M is a joke (journalists with agendas, pffft) and the Provan Summons medal (general public, pfffft).

Actually i just went through it all and i was right dang nab it!

It all dates back to the Roosters game when Clinton and Kenny tied for first and then we all agreed by way of the emancipation proclamation that Kenny gets the three points and Clinton two.

I added it up correctly, but forgot to take the '1 first' thing out of Clinton's row on the ladder thus creating the illusion he was missing a point. [icon_ee
