In his recent column Big Dell said he feels as though he's been at the Dragons for ten years and now calls it his home. I love big Dell and wish him the best but it did feel weird. He was part of a 'Bronco-nucleus' when he was playing with us back then. Kind of funny how life and sport turns out sometimes? eusa_think

It is weird. He is obviously happy at the Dragons, but I hope that by the end of his career he looks back on his career and sees himself as a Bronco and ends up as a Broncos fan on the Footy Show (I have no doubt he'll be on The Footy Show when he retires). It's like Fatty played for the Roosters at the back end of his career but he will always be a Manly man.

Dell sickens me these days. Loved him when he was at the Broncos, but now he's pushing for NSW players and acting like a tool. You can always put up with a bloke acting like a tool if he plays for your team, but when he doesn't it is sickening.

I actually don't mind Dell. I never used to like him when he was at the Broncos but now I do. I don't find him as arrogant as he used to be and actually has a decent head on his shoulders unlike some other players who talk gibberish.

I met Dell last year on his Mad Monday, and of all the NRL player's I've met he was by far the nicest. Between 1AM and 2AM he had about twenty people come over to him for photos etc and was always throwing an arm around them and giving them big cheesy grins and his full attention. Lovely bloke.

He's not gonna exactly run around saying "I feel like a Bronco" when he's playing for the Dragons. He has to say that stuff about feeling like he fits in. \


I love the Dell, he's the best thing about NRL for me right now, but it's a shame he has to love that little punk Jamie Soward, I can't stand that kid.
