To be honest this sucks. If Brisbane are to win this year's premiership i want them to beat every team at their best. Not every team minus their best.

I don't care who is out, just as long as we win & don't have players out.

It just means we have fitter players.

We reach the Grand Final vs say "Melbourne" Inglis and Smith both are injured in the previous game...

Does the win stand as one of Brisbane Proudest? or do we always wonder "what if Inglis and Smith played"

I want brisbane to beat everyteam at their best week in and week out.

Without Stewart not only do Manly destroy their chances of winning games but we the fans are robbed of seeing our teams beat a full Manly outfit. Manly now have an excuse to fail.

Draggz, ever heard the expression that "My favourite is Brisbane and any team playing Manly", you seriously cannot lament any loss Manly any more then a loss Melbourne suffers

for me its "And anyone playing the cowboys" but i do know what you mean.

You serious draggx?

I couldn't give a shit if other teams have players injured and we win.

It's not like Stewart is a great fella like Brett Kimmorley or someone. He's a turd and he got injured. No sympathy here.

Yeh im serious, I wanna be able to look at a victory and think "yeah we deserved that" not "lucky *insert name* was injured he would have dominated us"

And Melbourne had their big guns for that match did they not? So it can stand as a proud moment. im trying to say "what if we played a injury struck team in a gf" would that stand proud? or would it be a "cheap premiership"

Ask Manly how they felt when they beat the Storm without Cameron Smith..

A premiership is over the course of the season, not just one game in September.

I'll take a premiership however it comes, don't care if the other team has 17 Magikarp playing for them. A premiership is a premiership.

Pretty fucking good.

I know what you are saying.

I just don't care, if we play against their under 20's in the GF.

As long as we win. I won't be wondering what the result could have been if they had fit players.

I would be thinking we are the Premiers.

imo as awesome as it was to see the storm get smashed. Smith is 90% of that team attack wise its not the same.

We have to face it now yes anytime we destroy Manly it will be minus Stewart who imo is 90% of their attack.

his played what 5 games in the last 2 seasons lol?

Lol, fair enough.

I just think he'll struggle without Orford there.

Also, i am not a fan of him, hence i may have a biased view.

Not many people are a fan of him imo thou id have him on my team before Hayne and slightly after Slater...

god i hate slater.
