Broncos positivity thread

There is positivity in the kids. They aren't there yet most of them but it looks like:

Herbie - looks to be an elite back at either centre or wing AND signed on
Coates - looks to be an elite winger, was looking electric before being injured
Walsh - looks to potentially be an elite fullback, completely unproven though and may be lost to a ridiculous offer
Staggs - Already an elite centre offensively, school boy like defensively, potential to be a good 6 but may be lost to a ridiculous offer
Flegler - looks to have elite potential and is good already but quite a few kinks to iron out - signed on
Riki - looks to be an elite second-rower in the making and smart, needs to build tank
Dearden - question marks everywhere, looks to have something about him but nowhere near able to make a judgment
Piakura - highly sought after, no idea as hasn't seen first grade and may be lost to a ridiculous offer
Haas - elite prop already but totally lacks aggression, tends to go missing in big moments but will love being part of the new atmosphere at the club
Carrigan - He looks like he could either be elite or just good, needs to learn urgency and play less minutes, PLEASE DEVELOP AN OFFLOAD!
Cobbo - No idea what he will become yet but by all reports has a fantastic attitude and that puts him high in my book
Niu - Very early days but he looks like he could well become a very good to elite centre


So even if we lose Staggs, Dearden, Piakura and Walsh, the future is looking brighter. I am hoping we just lose one to two of them at worst. I suspect we keep Coates and lose Staggs and if that is the case, the emergence of Herbie and Niu as centres certainly looks to soften that blow.

Some positivity:

I just looked at the draw and realised we have to play the Storm, Roosters, Panthers and Rabbitohs TWICE this year.

That's 1/3 of our draw playing the likely top four.

I will probably go to the Cows/Broncos game up here because I usually only go to one or two games a year, but man it really sucks when the Broncos lose in Townsville. Cows fans are fuckheads.

Plus it's like 200+ bucks for a night out for a family. Broncos better have improved by then.

Positivity:
The 2 teams we saw playing last night were the worst Broncos team in history and supposedly the best titans team in history... yes we suck, but let that sink in and you realise just how good we have had it despite the nswrls best attempts to derail us

Also, only 2 more years until a new Brisbane team is in. Thatll mean only around 2-4 more years of the media drivel and NRL favouritism towards the titans and Broncos lack of support until they figure out they are losing fans for good, not just transitioning them to another team.

Yeah not a bad choice. I will likely go to one as well but not sure which one. My love for the NRL has waned a lot given the only real reason I have had an interest for a long time is the Broncos and they suck soooooooo bad these days.

I'm very excited about going to see the Lions when they roll into town though!
