Would TPJ for a cut price deal and rebuild his career be viable? Could Kev, Carrigan and Haas keep him in line? He was cleaned out initially and moved on as dead wood with a silly contact value.
Meh Piakura, Riki, Mam and Capewell will all be targets / priorities of other clubs.
I thought the same but they are short a backrower. I know there's always some recency bias in these predictions but I really see the sharks dropping off over the next 2-3 years unless there is a major revamp of their squad.I doubt that Capewell or Riki will be going anywhere. Mam and Piakura, possibly because they are two players who are likely to get decent money thrown at them and money talks. I just thought it was a bit out there because i dont see Cronulla needing a back rower unless they want to revamp their side a little. Seems an odd club to be linked to for a back rower.

I think riki and mam take priority out of those guys. Capewell is a leader and piakura still hasn't proven himself completely so a deal would still be slightly potential based. I think they should offer them both the same amount and say whoever is willing to accept is the one who stays. They both have their pros and cons.
Gun to my head I'd pick capewell, we've tried the "potential path" and it is not a happy ending. Capewells form fluctuates but he brings alot more to the group overall behind the scenes by the sounds of it.
Will ask sauce on weekend.Pinch of salt time with this one, but just heard Piakura is a priority target for Cronulla.
They just re-signed Teig Wilton and Nikora...Pinch of salt time with this one, but just heard Piakura is a priority target for Cronulla.

Would leave us with 2 if he left... maybe 1 if Capewell also leaves.2 back rowers would leave them a bit light if one goes down like Wilton did this year though.

But , he said limited . Hey , this punctuation thing is kind of fun . Only problem is that my phone even rejects the notion . But , in that way it makes me feel more powerful in asserting my dominance over an inanimate object .

Would 100% take him on about 350-400k and let him box in the off season. He is good mates with the squad, and very good mates with Haas, and could be an absolute weapon off the bench with no pressure. TPJ as a 30-40min player could be special.
