Tyson is playing first 15 for IGS at the moment and had a great year. He's only in Year 10. Maybe get him first.

Tyson Walker does indeed want to play with his brother- Roosters for two years.

Wonder if we could pick up AJ end of next year to play halfback.

Nah he isn't a half at all. There is a reason he didn't succeed at 5/8.
To be fair back he was about 20 starting halfback at a struggling club never ends up a success. Remember for a 20 year old and the poor **** had every titans fans hopes on his back he did alright. Good footy player, good IQ, vocal could be just what we need if the skill set is right. If he can develop a good kicking game in he could go alright. Has the running game aspect as a handy addition.

Just a thought he is a talented bloke whose value is starting to drop a little bit. Only 25 with a halves background could develop into a handy one. There would be an element of risk there but not all good things can be expected with limited risk.

Wouldn’t necessarily be my pic but could be another name to add to the pile.

I think after foran goes (which would be soon) brimson moves to 6 and weaver and boyd are fighting for 7.

The Titans don't even think he has the ball playing skills to be the fullback, which is why he is being pushed to centre. I just haven't seen anything from him that would lead me to believe that he would ever be a good half. In my opinion, the best he could develop into is a ball running 5/8.

No to AJ, never really been impressed by him. Fast... but not much else.

He doesn't have much ball playing skills but he does have some. Don't think we should go for him but the reason titans are moving him has far more to do with Jayden Campbell being unsuitable anywhere but fullback but wanting to get him in the team then he does with brimsons flaws at fullback.

The reason they are moving him is because Campbell is the far better fullback and he better suited to being in the outside backs.

Jayden is gifted with the better line breaking skills but is as robust a league player as a pretzel. AJ is no slouch and you would think Titans will keep him around as cover at the very least.

Think AJ is a bit over rated tbh i think he had no business being near game 3 in SOO last year id be surprised if he is picked this year and id bet the titans a rueing having him on the books for the next 3 years at 700 odd thousand.

Brimson is a fantastic competitor and clearly a team player to be willing to play his non-preferred position. I reckon he will be great there.

yeah I remember commenting at the time saying he looked way out of depth at Origin level - the drop off from Walsh/Ponga to AJ was stark - and that's his best position. Don't see how it gets any better shuffling him around to positions of less familiarity... and again I don't really see how he makes an impact there.

What evidence do you have that he can kick his team around the park?

Because that’s what we need. I don’t care how many great highlight reel moments he’s got, Milford probably had even more.

In fairness, he was coming off an injury plagued season and had missed a fair chunk of time when he had to come in for Walsh.

He was much better on debut, but such is his luck, his body only allowed him that one game.

For us I’m confident the club will just go with madden, then possibly black.

But since we are just throwing all options on the table, Weaver or Boyd would be handy to target
