I did and if he played like that every week I don't think anyone would be complaining, but he's just too inconsistent for someone who's played 100+ games. Maybe he just needed the headgear to unlock his potential? Or maybe the truth is he's totally average more often than not and we should look for someone better to replace him.
He's still a young enough to improve. He has to get better but he's been a loyal guy which I have to admire

Fast and angry back rower!

Angry is the word, he gets the crazy eyes and nothing good happens after that.

Last year in week two of the finals. Te'o was ready to kill him.

29.16- Dangerous tackle on report
30.28- Dangerous tackle on report.
30.29- Sin bin.
40.00- penalty offside

He gave away three penalties in the game, missed 10 minutes, got put on report twice and missed the prelim and Grand Final.

He will be perfect for Magpies.

He looks like he might be a backrower! Nice athleticism
He's actually listed as a centre on nrl.com lol

I'm pretty sure i've seen him at centre, but he is more of a back rower imo. He is a decent try scorer as well.

I think he's one of those players who is either on the cusp of being an NRL player or forever just being a decent Qcup player.

Courier Mail reporting that Matt Ballin has rejected both the Titans and the Cowboys to sign a new deal with as an Assistant Coach
He never really had any options when you look at it in the cold light of day.

I mean one is based in one of the most depressing towns in Queensland and the other knows nothing else but failure.

Not sure if it's been mentioned, Broncos beating out Dolphins and have struck a two year deal with Sunshine Coast Falcons.

Cool, no that hasn't been mentioned. Are we losing one of our current feeders?

Reportedly no. It's said we won't have feeder links but will work with them in a development capacity.
There's not many players that come out of the Sunny Coast (I think storm just used to send their players there), but it's a good fanbase to try and connect with.

I think titans made a decent dent with them from what I can tell.

Funny because redcliffe had the Sunny Coast within their spiel and now they're done with them haha

Wynnum, Logan and Burleigh is great coverage from an affiliate perspective and we should be trying to hang onto that as much as possible

It's a continuation of the Broncos academy deal with the Falcons and the NRLW program from 12 months ago.

Reed is in charge.

Smoothy, Hynes, Cobbo and Tino were pure Falcons first. Gillett was from the area but didn't play for the Falcons. Friend played for Noosa Pirates!

It's just about having a presence in an area; you just want that phone call to say come look at a kid the Broncos already had a female presence. Jack Reed is very good at what he does and is from Bribie and played in Caboolture so knows the area.

The Dolphins do well out of the area; for a long time that area have come to the Dolphins to either play Cup or now NRL. Two academies that close wouldn't make much sense, they can service the area without the Falcons; they're much bigger than the Falcons.

Some very good ones but ...

Notable NRL players from the Sunshine Coast include Daly Cherry-Evans, Tino Fa’asuamaleaui, and Harry Grant, among others.
